I just received my PUFF, and I wanted to reach out to let y’all know what a wonderful product this is. I’ve been using a similar device from one of your competitors for over a year. In that time I’ve purchased FOUR separate/replacement devices, including upgrading to their largest size (at around $30/device!!) and have just been disappointed all around with the experience. This is by far the best smoke filter I have ever used. The biggest game changer is the changeable cartridge. It is so nice just having to change that out rather than buy a whole other unit. I use a wax pen in my apartment all the time now with this and no one knows when I am toking!
I got the Ruby PUFF two weeks ago. I love the color and I use it so I can smoke inside while kids are at school and without my neighbors judging me. Thank you for a fantastic product that helps my neighbors mind their own business!
