Returns

Returns will be accepted for 30 days from the purchase date if the item is unused and in its original unopened package. If the item had been used or if more than 30 days have surpassed since your purchase, we will unfortunately be unable to issue a refund. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with an unopened return. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method promptly after the device is received and inspected by us.

Exchanges

The Personal Use Face Filter has a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects. If you have any performance problems with your device, please contact us directly at support@smkaltdel.com. If we are unable to solve problem via phone/email, we will ship the unit back to us and send out a new one once it is received. Smoke Alt Delete is responsible for shipping costs associated with a defective unit. Defective unit exchanges need to be initiated within 10 days of receiving your device to be considered valid.

Sale items

If you qualify for a refund, the price you paid is the price of the refund. If you purchase a package with a free refill and return the device, you must also return the free refill in its unopened package or the full list price of the item will be deducted from the qualified refund.
