Shipping

Our prices include shipping & handling within the United States including Alaska & Hawaii via United States Postal Service, First Class mail with tracking service and delivery confirmation. We usually ship same day Monday – Friday (cutoff time of 1 p.m. MST) with an average of 3-5 days in transit for the majority of destinations. Most orders ship in a small 6”x4”x4” or 8”x4”x4” plain shipping box that fits easily into average sized mailboxes.

Incorrect Destination Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to input the correct address when ordering. If you accidentally put in an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@smkaltdel.com. If your unit has already shipped and is returned to us for an incorrect address the customer is responsible for shipping it the second time.

Missing Packages

Once the USPS tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered, the package is considered in your possession. If the tracking information shows as delivered but package has not been received, please email us at support@smkaltdel.com and we will help you get in contact with the USPS to help locate your package
